All of the worlds most famous chefs agree that great food begins with the very best ingredients and anything else is an "excuse".
With this in mind, all our primary ingredients are flown to Olivers directly every week from many locations around the world. These include Europe (Italy, England, Spain, France, Scotland & Ireland) Canada and New Zealand. Local produce is sourced from reputable suppliers and we never use frozen foods unless totally unavoidable.
Our team of Chefs have over 20 years experience in many internationally awarded restaurants and their primary function is to provide clients with authentic, genuine receipies.
Whilst the menu options are extensive, we do do provide take away options such as Seafood wraps using noth atlantic prawns and our famous hamburgers are made from 100% organic 24 to 35 day aged Angus Beef which is unique in Taiwan.
Clients are very welcome at anytime but we strongly recommend bookings for the Sunday seafood platters and roast dinners.
